Meet the Team
Mike Pincus — Co-Founder
Mike has spent nearly four decades exploring what helps people perform at their best, consistently and for the long haul.
He created the MP6 Program and the Super 7 Framework to cut through the noise and focus on the foundations that truly move the needle. With more than 50,000 hours of one-on-one coaching, he has seen what works in the real world, where health competes with careers, families, travel, and stress.
Mike later brought that experience to a health-tech startup as Co-Founder and Chief Health Officer, working alongside physicians, dietitians, and researchers while helping raise $15 million. That experience reinforced what he had seen for years: more data, technology, and expertise don't necessarily lead to better outcomes when the fundamentals aren't consistently in place.
His approach is practical by design: focus on the fundamentals and build habits that hold up when life gets demanding.
For Mike, cycling and Earn The View reflect the same belief: some things mean more when you’ve done the work to get there.
Mavi Viljoen — Co-Founder
Mavi’s career spans hospitality, executive support, and leadership development across diverse environments united by one demand: performing at a high pace when others are counting on you.
She has spent a decade supporting senior executives at QED Investors and previously led organizational development at Modus Hotels. She also helped build a hospitality and tourism management program in Honduras that created opportunities and put local communities in the lead.
Mavi is a UC Berkeley-certified executive coach with a master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Her research on servant leadership was published in the International Journal of Servant Leadership.
Her work is grounded in a simple idea: leadership asks a lot of the person doing it. Building the capacity to carry that responsibility is part of becoming a better leader.
For Mavi, staying connected usually involves a bicycle, a theater seat, or a passport. Preferably all three.
